With all the alligators and signs warning of alligators I don't know if I would have the courage to kayak!
We are leaving at the crack of dawn tomorrow for a little vacation and I won't have internet. I will miss everyone so don't have too much fun without me!
Nice shot! (We took our kayaks to a state park in S. Carolina in January a few years ago and were VERY relieved to find out the crocks were hibernating... we hadn't really thought about it before we got there!)
Have so much fun you almost can't stand it! Love the colors in this shot - so pretty! I'm a big chicken when it comes to creepy things in the water. So no kayaks in gatorland for sure.
I've kayaked in Washington State ( Seattle.....on the BIG river with cruise boats), and I don't think that was as scary as thinking about kayaking someplace with alligators in the water!
Thanks for your comment! I agree that "365" has certainly added to my life and makes me look at the world differently - but as for those little umbrellas in our drinks... I'm pretty sure that's something Cheryl and I would have done anyway! She brought a box of them home from work the other day because they were going to throw them away. We think they're spectacularly fun!
Well drat, Suzie! I finally have time to return to 365 and you're out the door! Have a great trip, and we'll touch base when you return!
I suppose these kayaks are near where you live? I won't go our in one for fear of tipping over in cold water. Imagine my reaction to takingone of these out in alligator infested waters! That would be *no*! Nice photo of all those riderless kayaks, however!
Have a wonderful time on your vacation! We'll miss you! While you're away, I'll try to get some of the other photos from this weekend up on Flickr.
Have fun!
