We had the family over last night for a send-off for Casey and Callie who leave for college soon. Grandma's famous Curry Bash is Casey's favorite meal so we spent the day in the kitchen preparing Chicken Tika, Tandoori Chicken, Pork Curry, various cucumber salads, tomato salad, chutneys, rice and lentils. This is what the kitchen looked like most of the day as we tried to work! Christie had brought her 2 yellow labs over - (Lacy, top left and Socks, bottom). That is my Jake top, right. They certainly do entertain us - but then, that is their job!
Oooh, can I please stop by for leftovers? Dinner sounds FANTASTIC!!! Looks like you had quite the attentive audience while you cooked!
Thank you for your comment on my bridge photo. I did go bridge jumping a few times, and it was fun! This bridge is really not high at all... you can get a kayak under it, but not much else. I'm an awful judge of distance, but I'd say maybe 10-12 feet?
Sounds like a wonderful cook up!
These three pooches are so adorable, and maybe a little spoilt. We always say that our dogs own the house and we live with them, lol!
Thanks again for your beautiful encouraging comments :)
That sounds like a wonderful meal you guys were cooking up. Don't know what chutneys are but the rest sounded wonderful. love that dog breed -my favorite. use to help out walking my neighbors two dogs while she was at work...too bad she moved to Cabot Cove, NF
What a roomfull! How wonderful that they all enjoy being together and look so cute for a group photo! The dinner you prepared sounded wonderful...let me put it this way...**Wonderful**! Glad a good time was had by all...sounds like the sort of day memories are made of!
And Suzie...thanks for your sweet comment...It was a good day we crossed paths, and I enjoy following your pictures so much as well!
What a sweet picture! They look so well-behaved as they wait for a snack to drop. Sounds like an awesome meal! My kitty loves chicken tikka masala: http://365project.org/ellen/365/2010-03-10
I love your puppies!! Of course they are not pups anymore but we tend to call them that forever. Did they catch any dropped food? Love this glimpse into your life, Suzie. Great capture of all three dogs!
This is a fun shot. They're so patient while they stare intently at you- almost willing you to drop something, anything! (And it sounds like you were putting together quite the feast!).
