Dorothy

My very first posting on 365 was of Dorothy.

Dorothy was my mother's name and this is a descendant of her house plant. I wrote the fun story here on 365 in April. http://365project.org/stownsend/365/2010-04-01
She has moved outdoors to the screened porch for the summer and is in heaven. She has grown so much I can tell this is her favorite environment. She should be able to get about another month or two before she will need to come in for the winter.
Just checked out your earlier pic,she has grown so much, must be loving that spot there!

Dorothy Dortohy is such a lovely reminder of your mom. I'm happy she is healthy and growing,,,,an amazing story, Suzie. I wanted to do the same with one of mom's rosebushes, but I never got it done.........

You have obviously given her lots of TLC. A nice tribute to your mother.

Don't you love it when a plant responds to TLC and gives back so much for your efforts?! "Dorothy" is lovely, indeed!
