60's Ladies

Today I scanned the last of over 2,000 photos from my life. This was one of the last ones and I think it says so much about who we were back in the 1960's. This was probably 1966. I am seated second from the left and I was about 19 years old! We were the wives of corporate husbands. Only one of the ladies is still my friend today.

They say if you remember the sixties you weren't there, but I remember them well- and I looked like you and your friends! The hair, the suits, the heels (and stockings), the eye make up, the mini and the wonderful music. Fun times.

What fun it is to look back on those days long past! I keep looking back at it...might be improved by pulling the curtain across and having the blondes stand at the back! Think of what we've learned about photography since then!
