Here is another view of Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia. It is so barren yet so beautiful. I love the color of the small cottages and all the wild flowers.
There's nothing like a visit there to actually see how these houses are built on the bolders! This area is where the glacier in the last ice age stopped and metled, leaving behind massive rock formations! The people here are primarily fishermen, quiet and private, and yet they're deluged with tourists because their area is so quaint. Protographers literally trip over one another if they're not watching; it's ceratinly a beautiful little feast for the eyes!
