I remember there always being some of this in the cities, but it seems to have gotten so much worse since about the 80's. Whether with housing, education, or support services, I think that our society has failed a segment of our population.
Very moving. I always feel a heaviness in my heart when I see homeless people. That man you took a picture of is someone's son. I know there are some people that just cannot be helped but it makes me sad nonetheless. Great image and reminder. Thanks for sharing it with us!
