Puttin' the Hosses Away

I spent some time in Tombstone, Arizona, this past week and caught quitting time for the stagecoaches. I decided to play around with some processing and couldn't decide between this version and an old western motif. How different the two images seem. I love both of them. Difficult to pick a favourite. I love the colours in this one, but the other one really has that step back in time feel to it.

Oddly, most seemed to express a preference for the sepia version, yet this one got more favs. Go figure. It was fun getting the various viewpoints from everyone. I promised not to pit one photo against another too often in the future!

I love processing like this, so, while the sepia works with the era, I think I'd take the processing in this and *try* turning it sepia... Just a thought... But that's me...and why I never get enough sleep!
