The 14mm wide angle lens came in handy for the shot looking out of what is actually a pretty shallow cave. The lighting was tricky as it was just a little before sunset and the sun was coming in on an angle, but a little shadow lightening in LR and it was something salvageable.....and that must be a word, because I didn't get the little squiggly lines when I typed that out.
Terrific accomplishment, Ron! From 14mm to 600 you got it all covered! I give it to you that you're out there and using it all...just wonderful! Here's the site I'll use to get my info for Wed http://photoephemeris.com but I still haven't looked it up. Would you suggest getting there an hour beforehand...chat and set up? I looked at the clouds tonight and thought, "No-o-o-o-o-o..."
@terryliv Thanks Poppo - I was jammed up tight against the farthest, deepest position. Seems I was the only one who was able to get the entire cave in the frame. Surprising the difference between a 16mm (failed) and my 14mm (success). And as Marshall deftly noted, I am now 365's official Cave Man!
@louannwarren Thanks Lou Ann. I have to admit that Light Room is really a life saver in the photographic world. Bee's knees - haven't heard that one in a while. ;)
