Why The Long Face? by stray_shooter

Why The Long Face?

Had to resort to a shot from the past for today's posting. This is one of my standby's, a shot taken at Tombstone, Arizona this past summer. I think I could take photos there every day as there are just so many opportunities. Thanks so much to the many of you that got my tall ship photo to both the PP and TP yesterday. Overwhelmed by the response.
love the DOF here

@dianen Thanks, Diane. I thought about keeping the original colors, which were good, but the photo just cried for a sepia treatment.

@onewing Ha! I must agree with the resemblance. In fact, I didn't think to check for his ability to talk. ;)

@louannwarren Thanks, Lou Ann. As I mention above, the scene pretty much demanded a sepia treatment.

@lyndemc Thanks, Denise. And he's a true cowboy! I had a beer with him later.

@domenicododaro LOL! I have to admit to wondering what's going through their heads sometimes when they're "working." Kind of a sad life, probably, but who knows?

@redy4et Thanks, Elizabeth. Tombstone is just amazing for old west type shots. I'm going to try to get up to the Calico Ghost Town soon for some similar opportunities.
