I no sooner removed some new shoes from the box in which they were delivered when Tater took the opportunity jump in and to commandeer it. The lid fell down on top of him and he had no problem with that at all, apparently believing he was now invisible.
This was actually taken a few months ago but used today because the day's photos did not live up to the standards I expect for my 365 posts (code for all of my pictures sucked).
A super shot with those big blue eyes! Now, please do not be too hard on yourself for photo qualities.
But, I know what you mean. I find it so hard to decide whether my photos are worthy of posting but then remind myself that it is 365 photos and not 365 masterpieces.
Then occasionally, I think my photo that I post sucks, and it gets a ton of fav's and comments, go PP and TP, and surprises the heck out of me! Goes to show I don't know anything!
@farmreporter I do like what you say, Wendy!
Tater is beautiful with those big blue eyes being so nicely captured. Your humorous comments are also appreciated. Sometimes I feel like Tater - being totally invisible!
Lovely title and capture Ron impressive closeup detail from your iPhone 11, suspect it has a built in flash, I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to mobile phones only use my old iPhone SE to telephone or message, lol:)
@redy4et Thanks Elizabeth. Cats are funny like that. I remember an experiment that someone did where they just used tape to mark out a square and the cat came right up and plopped himself inside the outline. (And they're supposed to be smarter than dogs).
@louannwarren Thanks Lou Ann. His proper name is actually Potato. The shelter that rescued the litter named all the kittens after foods beginning with P. I got to meet his siblings Pickles and Peaches. They were all crazy wild kittens, and he's still got a little of that in him. Very lovable though.
@farmreporter Thanks Wendy - I've experienced that too, and of course the opposite, where you think you have a masterpiece and it gets nary a notice. But trust me, those shots were truly awful. ;-)
Thanks Peter. The phone does have a flash, but surprising it did not go off when I took this shot (I may have it turned off from the auto flash). What you're seeing is actually from a lamp that's just out of the frame. The new iPhone is really amazing in low light. Still shaking my head over the quality of the images it takes.
@leonbuys83 Thanks so much Leon. The light was catching him just right, which I actually recognized and that's really why I grabbed the phone to capture the moment. Had no idea it would come out that good.
