@tillycarter Always more luck than judgement I think Krista ! I liked the balance of the interior with the tunnel, the columns and the leading lights so I framed this and then just waited a few seconds to see if anyone interesting walked into shot to add to it, this couple then walked past me into the scene, capturing the moment above was then just good fortune :-)
Great timing Ian. I am in Melbourne for a couple of days and have spent quite a bit of time today on and off trains going in and out of the city, but our stations are too crowded to get a shot like this. Pity. Nice processing.
@paulaw Thanks Paula, I only had my small Canon G7 compact on me at the time so it just looked like I was taking a quick picture of the station, they actually walked into my shot and stopped there !
I loved the London underground when I lived there. I used to wonder at all the different stories in the peoples lives and this picture captures the essence of that.
