Bear’s Breeches (‘Oyster Plant’) has striking and large flowers. The long spikes contain an enormous number of flowers, and I couldn't even get the entire spike in the photo.

Interesting, my sister has this plant taking over an area of her garden. The flowers are pretty, but I read that it's aggressively invasive and very hard to get rid of once it gets established!
