Pill library
The late Victorian building built in 1889 in Temple Street in the Pill area of Newport gwent.
It started life as library and branch reading room, later it became after an upgrade to a branch lending library.
In 2009 it closed as a library and after an extensive upgrade it was turned into a Community hub at the cost of £6.7million pounds, and is now run by community first.
When I go down Temple Street it brings back a lot of memories as I was born four houses away from the building and lived there until I got married 47 years ago.
