It was a bit stressful when I saw that we needed to photograph an animal for today's ONS shot. We don't own any animals, and nor do any of our friends. I had tried earlier to photograph two dogs waiting outside the supermarket with their owners, but that was an epic fail. Just lots of blurred lolling tongues and wild looking eyes - like something from "Where the Wild Things Are" :)
Then I remembered Ricky, our neighbour's bird. Ricky is quite a character. Lots of "hello" "hello" hello" and happy head nodding, so I think he liked me.
