I felt a little S..L..O..W..at work today. No reason really, just tired after a busy few days with late nights and early starts. I did have some interesting conversations with a couple of patients though, which is always enjoyable - I learnt about explosives and how the best fireworks are produced in Japan and Malta, I learnt about Burmese cooking and arranged marriages, and I spoke to my patient who is a psychic about her work and her psychic ability. Interesting stuff...
