too bad this is in black and white as this truck could not have been any more bright yellow! people are lined up to buy the heart-clogging poutine. and hotdog with fries. and burgers with fries. there is even chicken wings with fries.
speaking of street food, back in the old country, my son was about one of a few children i know who never wanted to buy food from a street vendor, especially ice cream. one day, my father, who babysat him most of the time, took him for a walk. they saw a man, who was peddling ice cream, standing facing a concrete fence, relieving himself, his ice cream cart a few feet away. the boy asked my father where the vendor was. my father pointed out to him that the man facing the fence was the ice cream vendor. they saw him go back to his cart. coming from the other direction were two students from the nearby public school. they stopped the ice cream cart and bought ice cream from the man. the boy, all four years of him, frantically screamed at the top of his lungs "he didn't wash his hands! he didn't wash his hands!"

@olivetreeann - it was indeed fun, and it didn't hurt although i was quite thirsty for colours. the way i did it was i would take a photo in black and white then take a photo in colour. it's amazing how you could train yourself to look for a subject in black and white. great challenge, if i may say so! thank you, ann.
