we were tired coming back from driving the two boys home. i wanted to have some alone time so i headed for the beaches later in the afternoon. i passed by the pond to check on the mute swans, but there was only one hanging around. i heard some people talk that maybe the female had died.
there are definite signs that spring is here, like this tree - i have not an iota of idea what this is, but the yellow was so intoxicating seeing it against the clear blue sky. i love the sky bokeh happening in the background so i will put this one down for sooc bokeh, because this is pure and unadulterated sooc, my friends. i'm not choking after all. maybe.
Sad to hear about the swan...hopefully she's pregnant and nesting in some secluded spot somewhere.
