watching the snow pile up by summerfield

watching the snow pile up

half my living room windows are blocked by snow that had accumulated since noon today. it was cold and windy and snowy. i tried to catch snow to shoot them but the wind just blew them away. so what to do?

watching the snow as it accumulated right there in front of me, there were some flakes that latched on the glass window and some stayed long enough to be photographed. these twin flakes got blown soon after i pressed the shutter and then it was gone, replaced by other snowflakes. there was one pretty snowflake, perfect and not quite like this, but it was gone before i had the chance to press the shutter.

this was taken using a 10x macro filter and cropped in-camera.
OMGosh FAV
