we were in london to visit with young jack and little ivy jean. they wanted to go to the park to play so we went. a few trees have started changing colours. this one fell on my head, i brushed it off and fell on the ground. i moved away and the wind blew, the leaf ended up at my feet. i kicked it into the sand, the wind blew and it ended up again at my feet. what to do? get down on the old creaky knees, and take a ground's view photo of the darn thing.
and just when we were leaving, partner handed something to me. "here, it's a perfect leaf, take it home and take pictures." it was the leaf. i put it in my sweater's zippered pocket. we had lunch, we drove back to toronto.
since we arrived early, i decided to do my laundry. i forgot to remove the leaf from my pocket. it died during the wash. tee-hee!
Yes, but you already had the picture, so you're safe! Nice shot. Now you know the AHL method is to just put the camera down there and shoot for the best.
I'm your get pushed partner this week, sorry I'm late with giving you a challenge, we were camping this weekend. Your challenge is zoom burst. I did this one last week and it's really fun!
Perfect color immortalized forever on the pages of 365! Love the composition and the visual of you on your knees to get the shot! Too ad about his untimely demise. FAV
I love the focus, the pov and the bokeh in the background, unfortunately, I'm gong to have to report this leaf abuse. First kicking it, the killing it. Expect a call from the autumnal police shortly.
