LED lights

on our last friday in manila, bestie's husband's cousin invited us to dinner. she's a successful gynecologist/surgeon and has a son who is an anesthesiologist and a daughter who is also a gynecologist. she has a younger son who is finishing to be a pediatrician. her goal, ultimately, is to build her own hospital, which by the looks of it isn't too far fetched, considering her children's accomplishments.

anyway, they brought us to the newly-opened casino place near manila bay, called "city of dreams". count it on a third-world country to build one of the most opulent casino. i actually shuddered when i saw it because a stone's throw away, the traffic bearing the working class in buses and jeepneys and the middle class in their SUVs and cars trying to dodge off the beggars that are rampant in the city. and there we were going in for a late night dinner at a ridiculously over-priced italian restaurant.

this was one of the overhead lighting fixtures at the shopping mall entering the casino proper. i was taking a photo of a rather opulent lighting decor that stretched the three floors of the casino but i was promptly told 'no photos' and i was just using my cellphone. wowzers!

NO NEED TO COMMENT as i am filling in my flash of red album, but if you do, i sincerely thank you.
So glad I read your narrative because I was trying to make sense of this. I thought it was looking down on these lights and I couldn't get it to work for me! Looking up makes sense.

I'm not sure how I missed this earlier. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a map with pin-points. A very cool pov, and like Katy, I'm glad I read your narrative.
