a girl by the fountain by summerfield

a girl by the fountain

captured this last week when i went down to the toronto botanical gardens and my unsuccessful attempt at renewing my membership.

there must've been some kind of an indian event or festival as there were a few young ladies in different parts of the gardens that were dressed in their fineries with photographers in tow. this one, the photographer was trying to capture the flimsy train floating in mid-air, a young woman holding the train releasing it as the photog counted to three. apparently, from my eavesdropping, without success. they all just ended up laughing and giggling and i had to patiently wait for them to finish so i could shoot the fountain. wink! wink!

thank you, kind folks, for your generous faves on my eclipse shot yesterday. aren't you all so sweet!

tagging this for the street challenge which ended yesterday, but this shot was taken within the challenge's time frame.

and....

once again, might i convince you to put in an entry or two here's the low down on the challenge: http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/30233/new-abstract-mundane-challenge-paper-cups it ends this saturday.

Today I spent time going to 'Kali Temple'. I expected something like what you have captured, but they must have moved... so sad.
