an orange taxi, what else. i tried to capture a parked one of these taxis and they were more blurry than this and this was moving! go figure. so here's another one from last saturday when i went to the doctor's.
some people from the office saw me at lunchtime when i was capturing coloured cars. head shakes all over. bah!
@grammyn - no need to correct yourself, you know i understand you 100% whatever code you throw my way. i know you know that now mean know, you know? i know. :-D
Ha! I have been caught by people from the office before now. I don't even try to explain myself anymore. How exciting, are we going to get a full week of coloured cars? Mine would end up with just half a car here, and a tiny bit of car there. hurrah for the orange taxi, and the blurry background (does that mean that you were moving the camera to catch up with the car - I haven't worked out how to deal with moving objects at all yet).
@helenhall - yes, this is one of four shots as the taxi made a left turn to this street at the last minute the lights turned from yellow to green. this shot had the least blur. panning, water crown and smoke were the first techniques i learned to do with my very first dslr. :-)
