our office's global theme this year is reducing food waste and reducing hunger. we are asked to contribute an easy recipe involving left-overs and submit it with an accompanying photo of us cooking. apparently it will be included in the firm's worldwide holiday card.
i thought i'd share my poor man's risotto recipe which i think is not only a quick one to do but also cost effective and at the same time healthy.
be honest with me, how does it look like, the middle photo? does that look appetizing to you?
What a great idea! Nice to see you! I make a recipe called 'patatas a lo pobre' but I cheat and add chorizo to the potatoes and peppers so it is not 'a lo pobre' at all, I'm afraid.
This is a marvelous collage. The middle photo does make the dish look good, mainly due to the carrot, zucchini and beet showing color and your sprig of parsley adds to it as well.
A terrific triptych . I’m trying to figure out a nice way to say the middle photo does not look that appealing to me. I Like all the colors but the rice lacks something. Nevertheless I’m sure it was delicious And of course the bottom portion is awesome!
Great triptych. I like all the ingredients. I think I would like the middle photo better if the risotto were on the bottom with the veggies in top. I love your sweet smile.
I think the middle one could use a bit more detail and light on the subject. Risotto is rather dull looking at best. One probably has to associate a taste in their mouth with the image in their eyes.
Looks like you're starting your own cooking show! I really like the top shot, and the bottom one is perfect! Yes, I think the middle needs something- perhaps the veggies a bit more prominent, a little more definition on the rice- although I'm sure it's supposed to be somewhat creamy- and maybe even pulling the pov back little bit to show a tad more plate around the edge (like a mock vignette to highlight the meal if that makes sense). All in all though- you could submit it as is- nice job! And what time is dinner?
