blooming onion

there was a ribfest going on at yonge and dundas square this weekend which i just discovered. i was looking for a particular shop as i wanted to get a shower curtain. but i got side tracked as i went around the square and inspected what was on offer. nothing for me as ribfest is, well, ribfest. i almost choked on the smell of charred meat! and the only real veggie item is this deep fried onion. now, i'm not averse to that.

I'd rather have a burger- ribs smell good but are very messy- and could not eat the bloomin' onion even if someone paid me! I guess the shower curtain will come on another day but this was a very festive shot in the meantime!
