another one for the macro guessing challenge. i might've posted this before, methinks. but i suppose this is harder to guess than the edge of the photo frame from last week.
i had wanted to catch a show or two during my holiday days off but with my hacking cough i don't want to be around people, much less distract anyone from watching a show. i won't even dare go see a movie. oh, well, at least i'm having some things done around the apartment, making some progress on those boxes! it's been snowing out and maybe i'd be motivated enough to go around the neighbourhood and take some photos of the snow laden trees. or not.
I've been staring at this for hours. I know it, but can't place it. It's definitely metal, galvanized it appears, there's a weld, and it has little thin fins on it. It seems to be something like the insert for a wall anchor or something like that. Good subject!
No idea what this is...or your other shots (& I haven't peeked at the comments).. I really like all the negative space and the lighting you are creating these with. great images no matter what the object....(alto I am very curious!!!)
