we had a group lunch at the office and i went because there is one girl who just joined us last spring and she hasn't yet had the chance to meet me. she was a nice lady, if my instinct is to be trusted. we went to an italian restaurant and the food was very good. i should like to go back there sometime.
this morning it was -5 and there were some snowfall last night until daybreak. i decided i would not tempt fate by going for a walk (it was still quite dark). instead i did 15 minutes of stretches, 30 minutes of beginner's yoga and another 15 minutes of meditation. i was not satisfied but i needed to get ready to go to the office. but after our luncheon, i had the opportunity for a long walk back to the office. sans hesitation, i jumped at the chance. and glad i did as i passed by these cottage chairs in all their colourful splendour. i still logged my usual 4.4 km. i should go back here one of these days with my camera and take a proper photo of these chairs.
i'm really sorry guys, i didn't have time to make the rounds of your albums, and i have to go back to the office again tomorrow. but i really do appreciate your coming by.

I think the combination of the colorful chairs (think Caribbean), holiday decorations (traditional red and green) and snow is a combination you'll not likely see again.
