mini hanging glass wreath

a good friend gifted me with this lovely wreath which gained a spot in my little Christmas tree-pod. it's edges were rather sharp and nicked two of my fingers which i noticed only when i saw blood all over the table cloth and the wreath itself.

belatedly fulfilling week number 44 of the 52 captures challenge, the fare was lens flare or star burst; achieved with setting the camera to a ten-minute exposure and f/22.
The wreath is gorgeous and the lightflares add a bit of magic to the photo!

The start burst is beautiful! Not sure if I would have the patience for a ten minute exposure...
