had another meeting today which took up most of my lunch hour and more. we were given a beautiful and sumptuous lunch, however, i forgot to bring my camera.
first i had bocconcini and tomato salad, the tomato was promptly set aside as my stomach does not like raw tomato, then green salad with a lovely dressing. there were open faced sandwiches and i had a small egg salad sandwich and a small crab salad sandwich. there were other stuff and at the end we had a beautiful cheeseplate with lots of fruits. and the meal was topped with cheesecake balls covered with ground oreo's and (i had two hehe!) the other was covered with sliced nuts. so all in all i had a very healthy lunch. that's my story and i'm sticking to it.
when i got back to my desk, i still felt hungry so i went back to the boardroom and stole a small portion of brie and a large chunk of papaya, a lot of grapes (can you see them, they're behind), i picked all the blueberries and i got another small crab salad sandwich. everything else were meat and chicken which i cannot eat and i had to be careful with cheese or i will suffer.
see, delicious can be rich but still nutritious. i'm hungry, so i will mosey on down to the patisserie and see what cake i can put my teeth on before i go for my long walk.
