during our drive home tonight, we passed by a street with elegant homes and a lot of Christmas decorations - as if each one is trying to outdo the other. except for this one, #11. a simple wreath on each of its two arched windows with warm fairy lights, held by red velvet ribbons and the electrical cord cleverly hidden around the shutters. there was a tree, bereft of its leaves, right outside the window also decorated with lights but thankfully were not on otherwise the perspective of this shot would've been different.
but it drew me in, partner said had i shot it at an angle i would've seen the large Christmas tree inside.
