I love this, Anne! So adorable. Do you just put bird seed all over your deck railing? I thought of you all last week when I was painting and redoing my bathroom because I chose birds as the theme. And I got a bird feeder for Christmas, so hopefully I will be able to capture some beautiful birds this winter.
Anne, It looks as though it's sitting on a mound of sunflower seeds! I love the bright yellow right beneath its beak - they must be so much fun to see up close!
@lauriehiggins thanks laurie! don't forget to post a pic of your bathroom! Yes, Barry just rolls out about 5 lbs of seed on the railings this time of year. In a few weeks it will be closer to 10 lbs, when the grosbeaks are here in full force. The birds and squirrels eat better than we do. Don't get me started on the dogs! ;-)
Awwwwww! It's so sweet! My mom and stepdad have them, but I don't. My stepdad says I need to buy sunflower seeds to attract them. I have to fav this cutie!
