Fire and Ice

We experienced a little bit of an ice storm with lots of power outages all around. We were out of power from noon until about 3:30 am. During the evening of no power, a neighbour's generator caused a fire resulting in much fire,smoke and water damage to their house. Sad day for the couple who are in their eighties.

Lovely capture of the icicles. I know ice storms can create so much damage and the ice is too heavy on the trees, but it does look so magical.
