@janim Yes indeed, the truth is out there:) Tried that layer thing, you're right it brought the clouds more visible, used it here too. So you really can't leave, who'd give me all those tips then:(
funny photo, great processing. I am trying today to do some photoshop with layers, but I found it very difficult. If you have tips I apreciate it. Maybe I show tomorrow my trying.
@susale ahh, I thought you might have used it here. Cool :) I give you another tip to try out... for vintage feel, duplicate your shot on another layer. Use Colorize (in Colors menu) on the top layer and turn it into sepia by selecting a proper orange/brownish tone & reducing saturation. Then set that layer to Overlay mode. Opacity may need to be reduced but it should give a nice warm vintage tone on the picture. Works well on sunny landscapes.
@tstb You're asking me for tips?! I really am not that good with those, I'm sorry. This pic is not created with layers but with cloning. But keep trying and you'll figure it out I'm sure, I look forward seeing your results. Check Jani's comment on my monday's posting, I found it very helpful and it got me familiar with layers.
Believe...the truth is out there...haha..I see you found it. I am not sure why you didn't like the processing? I am also curious to what program you use. They are coming to take you away? Excellent fun shot...very clever! :)
@sturnus Thank you Carol, it was pretty fun! Yes indeed, evidence, I´m just waiting to be contacted so I can sell this photo for millions of euros for local newspapers:D
@janim Thank you Jani so much! You really are so wonderful person *sigh* I`d really hate to lose you :(
@paula1 Thank you Paula, it was so much fun to do this too
@petaqui Thank you Petaqui, yes they´re among us ;)
@sansjuan Thank you Nita, it´s pretty cool, isin´t it but I didn´t go, I´ll be sticking around here for a long time.
@exidia Thank you Fiona, this lamp looked like a UFO, so I couldn´t resist and make it so with a little processing, hah
@nanderson Thank you Nancy, yes they came to take me away but I´m not leaving, having too much fun here :D I don´t like the processing cos I really struggled with tha "ufo", it´s not perfect shape etc and this pic really can´t handle viewing large, it´s not perfect but was fun. I use different programs, this was made with Paint.Net (freely downloaded from the internet). I erased the stilt from the lamp and used the clone stamp tool to clone the sky and trees etc. Really not very difficult. I also used two layers to get the clouds more visible. Just practising so someday I can really create fawless images.
@ch1ppy_m1nton Thank you Chippy, so nice of you to say so.
