Wow! Almost surreal! Fav
January 26th, 2014
Its almost got human features. That is some brutal pruning that has gone on.
January 26th, 2014

Such a stark looking tree. Beautifully taken.
January 27th, 2014
@kali66 Lol, you´re so right!
January 27th, 2014
I love this -- it's so harsh looking and captures winter well. Fun to see we were both photographing lone winter trees!
January 27th, 2014
Great feeling of desolation and unfinished business...I'd like to see this tree at the end of your next summer!
January 27th, 2014
@ericdibosco Thank you Eric, yes I think so too that it would be kind of interesting to see how thís would change during the year, the spring look and the end of summer look would be cool to capture. If I´m still here at the end of the summer, I will shoot this but as I have a little over one month to go with this project, I can´t be sure I´ll still be here posting at the end of this summer.

Ready for new growth, be cool to see this in spring, the harshest pruning often stimulates the best growth

Karvat pystyssä, hauska :) Tästä vois koittaa ottaa sellasta tosi kontrastikasta kuvaa, musta karvamötikkä valkosella taustalla... ?
January 27th, 2014
@janim Joo, vois toimii, tarttee kokeilla...mul itelleni tuli tästä mieleen vähän niinko kaktus autiomaassa, siks toi b&w editti, vaiks alkuperäset sävyt oli oikeesti hyvinkin mun silmääni miellyttävät. Tää on muuten GIMPissä tehty, kiitti vaan vinkistä :)
January 27th, 2014
@susale hyvä että löytyi työkalut :) Toi kaktus-idea onkin hauska... maskaa ton mettän pois niin alkais tuntua jo autiomaalta.
January 27th, 2014
@janim Totta, oot oikeessa mun olis ehottomasti pitäny poistaa noi puut tuolta taustalta, mä en selkeesti ajatellu tätä loppuun asti. Thanks :)
January 27th, 2014
@susale Oh, I hope you'll continue! I enjoy your pictures and your part of the world so much.
January 27th, 2014
Great capture!
January 27th, 2014
@ericdibosco Thank you Eric, I enjoy your project and your part of the world very much. I plan to continue my project cos I still have a lot to learn but I´m aware that it´s easier to quit after the one year mark is crossed but we´ll see how it goes, I think I´ll be around
January 28th, 2014
