Since she was a little girl Martha always wanted to be a doctor. Well, after 6 long years of study she realised her dream. We are very, very proud of her.
It's been an emotional and exhausting weekend with a birthday, exam results and a very early flight to Mexico. I'm uploading the photos in the wrong order because this had to be the first one!
