Chicken, Sweet Potato and Lentil Korma

Today I've been cooking, not for Christmas but for New Year's weekend. Christopher and his family are coming to stay. I also made a chili and a lasagne but the korma was the most photogenic.

Looks delicious. I have been batch cooking too and putting the meals in the freezer. It gets too hot in summer here to cook sometimes so good to have a Plan B.
