Today a friend and I visited this beautiful National Trust property not far from home. It's a medieval manor house with a moat, streams, orchards' meadows and woodland. It's been a warm sunny day so we did a long walk through the woodland, had a picnic lunch and then looked around the house. We had a really lovely day.
