Part of the Christmas display in John Lewis, Cardiff. I've never understood what gingerbread men have to do with Christmas, perhaps it's just a traditional food like mince pies. I do like to eat gingerbread and I wouldn't mind tucking into one of these.

Lovely gingerbread men - no I do not get the connection with Christmas but I assume its a spice from the Orient far ( or perhaps Jamaica !!) And spices seem to enhance our Christmas food in one way or other !!
They look so cool and yummy. The first time I saw them mentioned was when I saw a film which included puss in booths and which made a hit all over the world but of which I forgot the title.
