I met my friend Nicola today to exchange Christmas presents. We met in Brecon and according to the rules in Wales we could have gone inside a coffee shop but because I'm in tier 2 in England we couldn't do that so we walked by the canal and had a picnic. There's been a big rise in the infection rate in Wales so I was much happier staying outside. It was dull and grey but not too cold and we saw very few people. We had a good catch up.
We have to have good warm coats to wear now we all have to have picnics outside! I’m meeting three friends to swop presents but we are biding our time until after the next decisions on the 16th.....I doubt the rules will change though.
