These were the cookies I made yesterday when the flooding stopped me going for a walk. I noticed the recipe in a newspaper supplement last weekend. They were melt-in-the-mouth delicious and extremely easy - just put all the ingredients in the food processor and give them a quick blitz. I did make twice as many as this but I forgot to take a picture before I gave some to our friends next door and before we ate some ourselves.
