This is definitely one or the other but I have no idea which. Unless you have one of each sitting side by side I think the only way of knowing what actually is by it's song and I'm not good at that.

I'm not at all an expert, but would say that this is a Marsh Tit due to the brown on the cheek, and the absence of an obvious pale wing panel. Also, unless I am seeing simply a reflection, this bird seems to have the pale spot at the base of the bill that would ID it as a Marsh tit rather than Willow. If someone else says otherwise, though, I would cheerfully change my vote :)
@rosiekind@happysnaps@dsp2 Thank you for your comments and thank you Dinah for doing the research. I'm sure you're right but they really are so similar in appearance and I'm hopeless at identifying their song.
