It's a shame this doesn't have it's wings open because it would be bright red, hence it's name. It looks so amazing when it's flying. We saw this in Dorset and I had never seen one before.
@jesika2 Yes you’re right Jesika, it is exciting. I’ve seen a lot of butterflies this year that I’ve never seen before, most of them while we were on holiday in Dorset during the very hot weather.
