Goldfinch in the Evening Light

We haven't had birds on the feeders for quite a while, there must be plenty of food in the fields and hedgerows. I just happened to look out of the kitchen window this afternoon and noticed these goldfinches in the sunshine.

Lovely capture. Many of my neighbours seen to get goldfinches visiting, but for some reason my garden doesn't attract them. I must try harder!!
