I'm told this years crop is a good one. They were harvesting this wheat as I took a stroll past on the way to the river. Perfect timing, the river can wait until another day

Lovely POV Suzanne but I'm a bit surprised that they are still growing wheat in England. Is there much grown around your area?

@terryliv I would say it's one of the main crops around here Poppo, we also seem to have a fair few peas, sugar beet and rape seed
