I loved this little boy happily playing in the fountain. It took me forever to pluck up courage to ask the parents if they would mind me taking a photograph, and they were happy to let me snap away.
@fbailey Has very gently persuaded me to join her in a 100 strangers project. So this is #1 Mum told me this little one was called Filip (polish spelling) and because the weather is so wonderfully sunny, was enjoying his first play in the fountain in Gainsborough
.
@suzanne234 Oh excellent! I've only had one and I think he was very shy. I wait for them to talk to me (or to Sky) usually and then I ask if they look helpful and most people are happy to help. Have fun!
@fbailey Sky would be a great ice breaker, especially with other dog owners. I don't have a dog, but I do have a Gary who can talk to anyone! You've made my mind up Felicity, thank you, I shall have a go at this one.
Wonderful photo. I'm glad you found the courage. In my experience people are very happy to be take pictures at. Fav. I'm tempted to join the 100 portraits...
You have really captured the sense of joy and fun it is to be a child splashing about in water! Love the titl , too!
Congratulations on a great start to your 100 strangers project
What a great start Suzanne - I admire your courage. I wish I was brave enough to ask - my biggest worry would be having to show them a really duff photo! You should have no such worries. Well done!
What a wonderful photo of pure joy. And it is very exciting for you to join FB in the 100 strangers activity. She has met so many interesting people. :)
Congratulations on a great start to your 100 strangers project
Suzanne, don’t think of it as a race!
