@caterina I'm just doing it on here Caterina and tagging "100 strangers" and my own tag. I know there is a tag on instagram but I just tend to stick with this project
Quite apart from the make-up, you did a great job of disburbing your beautiful hair. Well done. These seem to get more and more impossible for me - glamour is going to take some doing on my part - Im sure you will slide into it effortlessly! perhaps; slightly different make up to this.
@suzanne234 Is there a sub-project with this name in 365 or there are just a few people participating? Certainly it is not in the Thursday list by Wendy
@caterina I don't think it's an official project, Felicity started hers a few weeks ago and there are probably others doing one, maybe you could start a proper one Caterina?. if you look up the tag 100 strangers you will see some other examples, Phil has been doing one for quite a while and I think is on is second round
@phil_howcroft Thank you Phil. Street, or talking to strangers are completely out of my comfort zone so I figured 100 strangers would be a good way to get myself into this. I'm looking forward to having a go and took the lead from Felicity. I saw on the tag that you are on your 2nd round, that is quite an achievement.
@suzanne234 thanks suzanne, I was never a portrait photographer and did the project to take me out of my comfort zone and learn how to do portraits. After 130+ strangers I am still nervous approaching a stranger. I think the key is to show respect to the stranger. I very rarely get a refusal ! Good luck
It must have taken a lot of time to prepare your face with all that make up for the photo but you have saved it by leaving your hair 'wild'. Cool shot. Don't go out like that during the night - people will think you are Jack the Ripper, haha.
