For the self portrait week I was dreading, with a theme of Dude, It’s, Like, Totally 80s. Duh.
This is my effort of me as Michael Jackson, not very dude-ish, totally-ish or duh-ish but it is from the 80's. Before posting, I did ask Gary who this reminds him of, and god bless him he came up with the desired answer.
I spent the 80's getting married, having my two sons and passing my driving test. I also confess to having several perms and owning a shell suit in the decade that style forgot.
Next weeks theme is Strength. These themes are definitely getting harder
This is amazing! Love your commentary as well. I'm guilty of having quite a few perms, held up by a banana clip and wearing jelly shoes that made my feet sweat and put marks on them. Let's not forget about AquaNet ...
@not_left_handed Ahh banana clips, I'd forgot about those! I had to look up AquaNet, we didn't have that here, our equivalent was probably Insette, an absolute must back then!
