After work today I passed through Yonge and Dundas Square on my way to find a certain Thai restaurant.
Y&D Square is Toronto's answer to Times Square in Manhattan. Unfortunately there is not enough real estate here for it to develop into a strong competitor, as much as we would like to have our equivalent.
There's a host of summer festivals, concerts and open air movies here though. H'mmm, maybe the open air movies is something Y&D has over Times Square...
