Where do the buffalo roam? by swilde

Where do the buffalo roam?

Well it would appear that it's not far from my house...maybe 15 km away and down a little used back road. No! It's not a zoo. These bison were just hangin' about minding their own business.

Thank you all for viewing, commenting on and faving my pics. You make my day.

"Oh, give me a home where the buffalo roam
Where the deer and the antelope play
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day"

Good capture. Bison are wonderful creatures. I read your description and when you mentioned home, this song came to mind.

You confused me with this one cos I thought your were Australian. So I read a little more and yes I am right. Interesting what we find in the back yard but I would not have thought these beasts.

Beautiful nature shot. They look really well tended. Have you ever had buffalo burgers? Much better for you than beef burgers. Congrats on the PP
