I just found this extraordinarily cheeky magpie. He was not at all afraid of hanging about. He just obligingly hopped from the ground to the top of the fence to make the angle better for me.

Fantastic shot. He looks very haughty. Looks to me as if Australian magpies are a little different to UK ones xx
