You may have to look at this a little closely but there really is a two month old siamang there holding on to mum. This is pretty exciting for everyone because, not only are siamangs an endangered species but this pair were considered to be too old to breed. Shot taken at Western Plains Zoo. For those of you who don't know this is an open range zoo and has some very successful breeding programs.

Wonderful capture, it is a shame that we the human race have let the problem get so out of hand to the point where we are having to play god. And yet, still they are teaching the children how the rainforest is in demise.
Wonderful capture! I love apes of all kinds, but I have never heard of siamangs. We’re getting orangutans at our zoo, and I am so looking forward to it.
